1.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A. Balustrade system shall be MarbleTex™ synthetic stone with integral color by Melton Classics Incorporated according to their design number ______________.
B. Balustrade system integral color shall be _____________________________ _________________________ (Classic White, Premium Color or a Custom Color – swatch to be supplied for color match).
C. All railing connections shall be made with Melton Classics Rail Connectors with steel spring loaded attachment pins.
D. Newel posts shall be Melton Classics MarbleTex™ design number ____________.
E. Post caps shall be Melton Classics MarbleTex™ design number ____________.
1.2 SUBMITTALS
A. Submit Melton Classics MarbleTex™ balustrade literature.
B. Submit color swatch of balustrade integral color for custom color match.
1.3 DELIVERY STORAGE AND INSTALLATION
A. Storage and installation shall be according to manufacturer-supplied instructions.
B. Balustrade components shall be protected from dirt and damage prior to and during installation.
1.4 WARRANTY
A. Manufacturer shall furnish a One-year Warranty that it’s MarbleTexTM synthetic stone balustrades shall be free from defects in material or workmanship.

2.2 MATERIALS
A. All exposed components shall have integral color.
B. Railing Brackets shall have steel spring loaded pins.
C. Balusters shall be provided with structural metal pipe and high density polyurethane core on larger sizes.
3.0 EXECUTION
3.1 INSTALLATION
A. Follow manufacturers detailed installation instructions using recommended adhesives and caulks.
B. Protect all prefinished balustrade components from damage, stains and dirt during the installation process.
